How Orders work

Step 1: Customer places online order for wood –>

Step 2: The 30A Woodshop calls customer if further verification of order is needed. The 30A Woodshop issues a Quickbooks invoice to the customer

Step 3: The customer receives the email invoice and pays in full.

Step 4. Once payment is received The 30A Woodshop orders the wood from Distributor.

Step 5. Orders are received from the Distributor on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Step 6. Customers pick up their orders on Tuesdays or Thursdays.

Step 7. The 30A Woodshop completes the order within Quickbooks

Order Deadlines:

Orders paid for by 9am Tuesdays will be available the following Thursday

Orders paid for by 9am Fridays will be available the following Tuesday

Orders paid for by 9am Tuesdays will be available the following Thursday

Orders paid for by 9am Fridays will be available the following Tuesday

CUSTOMERS WHO REQUESTED DELIVERY:

We will deliver:
From 1pm to 3pm
On Tuesdays & Thursdays only

Let us know, and we will deliver your order.

We deliver the panhandle mainly from Destin to Lynnhaven, Florida

We do not ship orders.

You may pick up your order, or we deliver your order.

Pick Up or Delivery*
There is a $80 surcharge for local delivery to your home or business.

Returns, Refunds & Defects

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted. All sales are final and not refundable. This strict no return policy is necessary since we special order your wood products.

REFUNDS

We will not honor any request for refunds.

DEFECTS

Defective wood products MUST BE IDENTIFIED by you upon delivery or pick up of your wood products. We request you inspect your wood products upon your pick up or delivery of your order.

Sales are not offered since all of our wood products are already discounted.
